Location:
Netherlands (hybrid working model, with regular presence in Utrecht). Reports to Global Digital Marketing Director. You’ll Be Doing
- Own and execute the global website strategy aligned with brand, commercial and customer experience objectives.
- Translate business priorities into a clear roadmap and concrete improvements.
- Drive performance across traffic, engagement, conversion and lead generation.
- Drive SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and continuously improve search performance.
- Monitor performance and translate insights into optimisation actions.
- Ensure alignment of content, UX and localisation across markets.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT and external vendors to deliver improvements.
- Manage external partners and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in website management and/or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, UX, web analytics and CMS platforms (preferably Umbraco).
- Experience working within a global, multi‑language environment.
- Translate data and insights into clear priorities and actionable improvements.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, IT and external vendors.
- Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Cookiebot and Figma.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English and Dutch (Spanish is a plus).
- A high‑impact role with end‑to‑end responsibility for Brink’s global website across more than 100 markets.
