Supply Chain Systems Specialist Northern-Europe
As a Supply Chain Systems Specialist Northern Europe, you support all of the systems and processes needs/inquires of specific user groups within JDE. You’ll take the lead in various Supply Chain systems related projects. You are the go to person for questions or issues in the Order to Cash processes and you provide solutions to increase efficiencies in our way of working across the entire supply chain.
You're based in our office in Copenhagen/Brussels/Utrecht and report to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager Nordics or BNL – depending on the location you will have a direct line to one and a dotted line to the other CS&L Manager.
- Take ownership of supply chain systems across Northern Europe, translating business needs into effective system solutions that optimally support end-to-end processes
- Provide daily support to supply chain, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure business continuity through proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Serve as the key liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and high end‑user satisfaction
- Manage and monitor EDI performance (technical and content), collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive high connectivity and perfect order performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across Supply Chain and S&OP processes, including leading system upgrades and OTC‑related changes.
- Lead and deliver supply chain system and process projects (local and international), ensuring timely execution, milestone planning, and resource coordination.
- Develop business process documentation and training materials, and deliver effective onboarding and training on new or improved systems and processes.
- Deliver supply chain analytics, reports, and insights to support decision‑making, while actively contributing to SCOS maturity and driving AI adoption within the team.
- Bachelor’s /Master's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash processes and experience with ERP systems and EDI (e.g., SAP BW/APO/R3/S/4
HANA is a plus). - Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with SQL and Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and identify root causes of issues.
- IT‑and system‑savvy with proven project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Resilient and solution‑oriented, able to remain calm and effective in high‑pressure situations.
- Excellent written and spoken English, plus at least one local language (Dutch, Danish and/or French), with the ambition to grow within the organization.
