DTX Customer Supply Chain Analytics Intern

Overview

Logitech invites a Master’s or Final Year Bachelor student to join our Direct‑to‑Anywhere (DTX) team on a 6‑month internship in Utrecht, Netherlands. The role transforms you from a “Data Student” into a “Supply Chain Architect,” working on Cost to Serve and OTIF optimization across our webstore and social commerce platforms (Tik Tok Shop, eBay) and global logistics in Europe and North America.

• Phase 1 – Foundations (Month1‑2): Master Snowflake data plumbing and cost drivers, map the Order‑to‑Delivery lifecycle for both traditional web and social commerce, and identify service and cost leakages.
• Phase 2 – Advanced Insights & Cost Optimization (Month3‑4): Take ownership of existing OTIF and Cycle Time dashboards, enhance them with deeper insights, and build new layers tracking Cost to Serve. Present a data‑backed improvement strategy that identifies one hidden financial bottleneck or margin drainer in EU or NA operations.
• Phase 3 – Innovation Pilot (Month5‑6): Use data and AI tools to develop a predictive Exception Management tool that anticipates high‑cost shipment exceptions and supports decision‑making for the operations team.

• Current enrolment in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or Data Science, pursuing a graduation project or internship.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with experience in tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, or similar.
• Motivated to uncover the financial “why” behind logistics performance and to optimize profitability.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn how data‑driven decisions impact real‑world P&L and global logistics.
• Proficiency in English;
  Dutch language skills are a plus.
