This position reports to:

Product Manager

Shipping moves the world — and it needs to become smarter and more sustainable. At ABB, you’ll work on digital solutions that help vessels reduce fuel use, cut emissions, and operate more efficiently.

As Product Manager, you’re not just managing a product — you’re shaping the future of maritime tech.

• Own and shape the product roadmap for our voyage optimization solutions
• Spot trends, customer needs, and opportunities in a fast-evolving market
• Turn ideas into real features (working closely with dev teams & agile sprints)
• Launch new capabilities and continuously improve existing products
• Balance customer value, tech feasibility, and business impact
• Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and customers

• Join a new and growing product team where your voice matters
• Get real ownership and responsibility from day one
• Contribute to greener, more sustainable shipping
• Work at the intersection of tech, data, and business
• Build products used by global maritime players

• Has ~3–5 years experience in product, tech, or maritime
• Understands (or is excited to learn) the shipping ecosystem
• Has a strong mix of technical understanding and business mindset
• Is hands-on, proactive, and enjoys taking ownership
• Collaborates easily across teams and cultures
• Willing to travel internationally
