Working closely with local and international teams, the Cybersecurity Sales Executive will help organizations strengthen cyber resilience, improve security operations and meet evolving regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, develop and win new cybersecurity business opportunities.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting, networking and business development activities.
- Position T-Systems' cybersecurity portfolio, including Managed Security Services, SOC, MDR, XDR, IAM, Cloud Security and Compliance Services.
- Engage with CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders and senior business stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity, cyber resilience, digital sovereignty, data residency and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand T-Systems' presence within target markets and industries.
- Translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into compelling business outcomes and executive‑level value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, presales, solution architects and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
- Represent T-Systems at cybersecurity events, conferences and industry forums.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities across the broader T-Systems portfolio.
- Highly motivated cybersecurity sales professional with a proven track record in business development and cybersecurity sales.
- Experience selling cybersecurity services, managed security services or security technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Managed Security Services (MSSP) and managed security operations.
- Understanding of cybersecurity domains including SOC, MDR/XDR, IAM, Cloud Security and Compliance Services.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies, vendors and security ecosystems.
- Understanding of cloud, hybrid IT and regulated technology environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks, including GDPR and NIS
2. - Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Comfortable operating within an international and matrix‑driven organization.
- Experience with in the Dutch and/or Nordic cybersecurity market is considered an advantage.
