Spie West zoekt een ITSM Consultant Freshservice die IT-dienstverlening dagelijks verbetert door Freshservice in te richten, automatiseren en te integreren met ITIL 4-principes. Je fungeert als schakel tussen techniek, processen en mensen en begeleidt teams bij adoptie en doorontwikkeling.
Je werkt aan incident- en changebeheer, CMDB en servicecatalogi, met focus op efficiënte processen en meetbare KPI's. Parttime (vanaf 32 uur) mogelijkheden en flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden worden geboden.
