IVO Rechtspraak zoekt een Medewerker IT Support voor het Klant Contact Centrum . Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-vragen van gebruikers, waaronder rechters, griffiers en raadsheren, en zorgt dat storingen zo min mogelijk impact hebben op de zittingszaal.
Je behandelt telefoons, e-mails en chats en zoekt informatie in ons kennissysteem; bij complexere vragen verwijs je naar tweede lijn. Je werkt in een gezellig team van 35 collega’s en bent bereid buiten kantooruren te werken zodat processen
