Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is looking for an IT Service Technician to provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line support across the organisation. This hands-on role covers Mac and Windows environments, hardware and software troubleshooting, and a strong focus on customer service in a fast-paced service desk.
You will handle user onboarding/offboarding, ticket logging in HaloITSM, resolving email and VPN issues, managing access to SaaS apps, and assisting with equipment setup and disposal.
