Zenda zoekt een enthousiaste ICT Medewerker die techniek combineert met servicegevoel. Je werkt op locatie bij opdrachtgevers in de regio Amersfoort en maakt deel uit van een lokaal team of draait zelfstandig projecten.
Jouw dagelijkse taak is eindgebruikers helpen en storingen oplossen, waarbij 1e/2e lijns incidenten worden opgepakt. Je beheert werkplekken, registreert alles in TOPdesk en denkt proactief mee over structurele oplossingen.
