Proximus NXT zoekt een bevlogen Tactisch Procesmanager die naast de dagelijkse operatie kijkt naar verbetering van IT-dienstverlening. Je verzorgt governance, bewaakt risico’s en zorgt voor grip op meerdere tactische processen op het snijvlak van Service Delivery, Operations en Security.
Je brengt verschillende teams bij elkaar, signaleert knelpunten en zet concrete acties uit. Je rapporteert voortgang en bewaakt naleving van SLA’s, beveiligingsrichtlijnen en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
