UMC Utrecht zoekt een stafmedewerker Klinische Farmacie Support (KFS) die het digitale medicatieproces ondersteunt. Je beheert voorschrijfsystemen zoals HiX en Meta Vision, stelt testplannen op en geeft software vrij voor productie.
Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zorgprofessionals en deelt kennis over elektronisch voorschrijven. Daarnaast coördineer je recalls, sluit aan bij landelijke gebruikersgroepen en werk je aan projecten rondom infuuspompen, PDMS en cytostatica.
