Analyseren hoe onze salesprocessen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen. Nieuwe digitale oplossingen en AI-tools implementeren en collega's leren hoe ze daarmee het beste werken. Zorgen dat verbeteringen écht gebruikt worden – je helpt collega's om er succes mee te behalen. Ondersteunen waar nodig in het draaiende houden van de salesorganisatie, terwijl we bouwen aan steeds meer automatisering. Zelf ontwikkelen: dit is een rol met veel doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Sales, Marketing, Finance of IT.

Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Je hebt een IT-achtergrond of sterke affiniteit met digitale tools en AI. Je krijgt energie van verandering en ziet in elke uitdaging een kans. Je vindt het leuk om puzzels op te lossen, processen slimmer te maken en systemen optimaal te gebruiken. Je bent veerkrachtig – een beetje weerstand motiveert je juist om oplossingen te vinden.
