Solenis is seeking a customer-focused TCS Advisor to join our Technical Customer Services team in the Netherlands. You will be the first point of contact for technical service requests, manage service tickets, and provide first-level remote troubleshooting to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will use Salesforce and SAP to coordinate with service engineers, sales teams, and internal colleagues, while collecting feedback to improve our products and processes.
