Solenis Netherlands seeks a customer-focused TCS Advisor to join our Technical Customer Services team. You will be the first contact for technical service requests, manage tickets, provide first-level remote troubleshooting, and coordinate with engineers, sales, and internal teams.
You will use Salesforce and SAP to track requests, gather customer feedback, and support continuous improvement of our products and processes. Dutch and English skills are preferred.
