HDSR zoekt een Senior Adviseur AI & Digitale Innovatie die de AI-governance versterkt en richting geeft aan de volgende fase van AI-volwassenheid. Je structureert de AI-Regiegroep, ontwikkelt een AI-visie en een juridisch verantwoorde beleidskader en richt functioneel beheer in voor Copilot.
Daarnaast begeleid je de OTAP-omgeving voor AI-ontwikkeling, ondersteun je pilots met AI-agents, stimuleer je samenwerking met waterschappen en werk je aan een roadmap voor verdere opschaling van Microsoft
