Proximus NXT Nederland zoekt een gedreven Support Engineer met een brede interesse in IT-infrastructuur en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je werkt in ons Service Management Center en bent een schakel in onze 24/7 dienstverlening aan klanten.
Je analyseert incidenten, beheert tickets en coördineert met engineers en leveranciers om snelle oplossingen te waarborgen. Ervaring in servicedesk en basis IT-infrastructuur zijn welkom.
