IAM Expert

Job Overview
As an IAM Expert you will translate deep IAM expertise into clear policy requirements and guidance that can be consistently applied across Rabobank. You will define and steward Identity & Access Management (IAM) requirements, creating communication materials to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Define, maintain and own IAM policy documents and requirements, acting as the authoritative reference across the organization.

Provide subject‑matter expert input to initiatives and projects, collaborating with architecture and process stakeholders.

Develop high‑level communication materials to drive awareness and adoption of IAM requirements.

Monitor market and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable IAM guidance.

Translate complex IAM topics into reusable guidance to support decision‑making in complex situations.

Required Qualifications

5 to 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.

In‑depth knowledge of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle management.

At least 5 years of experience with IAM tools such as Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management and Active Directory.

Strong writing, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Sound judgement and complex decision‑making capability.

The position can be classified on scale 9 or 10, depending on knowledge, experience and demonstrated skills.

Salary:
Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,994 and EUR 8,563 (scale 10) for a 36‑hour work week.

Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.
