We are looking for an experienced leader who is interested being involved in vision/strategy while growing and empowering a team of currently 12 engineers. It is a mixed team of
The company has around 50
FTE and in many ways they are ready to make the next step. In terms of software they have a well established environment with very little legacy, which means not a lot of fire fighting but you will be responsible for growing and professionalizing the teams and scaling the software. They started a buy and build strategy to get foot on the ground abroad so someone with experience with M&A and going internationally is a big plus.
The main objectives:
Defining a technical roadmap that aligns with the business goals
Making the platform more scalable and future ready
Grow the team
We are looking for:
Someone who is fluent in Dutch (a must have)
Background in technology
Experience leading technical teams of SaaS/product companies
Experience with scaling teams and software
