To strengthen our managed services team, we're looking for a dynamic dutch speaking  Manager IT Operations

What will you do?
From our sites in Utrecht and Rijswijk our Managed Services teams takes care of managing, monitoring and ensuring the continuity of our client's IT environments – ensuring that their business or organisation can continue to operate without fail.

As Manager IT Operations, you are responsible for the overall performance of operational delivery to our Utrecht clients. You bring together people, processes, technology and customer expectations into a high-performing operation.

You act as a key member of the Service Line Management Team, working closely with two fellow Service Line Managers responsible for operations in Rijswijk and Arnhem.

You understand and successfully transform our clients needs for stability and performance of their IT operations and translate this into day to day service delivery by our teams.

Your role combines operational leadership with hands‑on execution, you will:

Own operational performance, customer satisfaction, service quality and team development across Operations, Service Management and Project Delivery

Be accountable for project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed quality standards

Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, operational reporting and service improvement plans, driving continuous improvement of processes and governance

Strengthen collaboration between Delivery, Operations, Sales, Presales and Customer Success teams to ensure a consistent client experience

Drive resource planning, workforce management and capability development across your teams

Support the further integration of AI, automation and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization

Ensure security, compliance, risk management and business continuity are embedded in daily operations
