• Provide top-notch support and maintenance for SCEPTR’s services.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage system changes, and serve as the primary contact for partners and clients.
• Leverage cutting-edge tools to monitor and secure customer networks as a managed service.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops and R&D to enhance our SaaS environment.
• Work remotely in complex, large-scale customer environments

• Experience in supporting complex network environments and knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong background in networking and Linux system administration.
• Ability to work closely with Dev Ops teams to automate and optimize services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the fields of Dev Ops and networking.
