Key Responsibilities     Shape and co-own strategic pursuits with Sales and Account teams, acting as the lead domain solution authority
Define end-to-end target architectures combining business, technology, and operating model perspectives
Lead client-facing visioning, roadmap, and solution-definition workshops with senior stakeholders
Articulate clear value propositions and business cases linked to measurable outcomes.
Lead functional domain squad from different Capgemini business lines in domain scope in NCE LS Domain sales hub
Contribute to Capgemini’s domain-specific point of view, offers, and go-to-market messaging
Partner with global domain industry leads and delivery teams to create reusable solution assets and patterns.
Requirements     15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences consulting with focus in domain scope
Proven track record in shaping and supporting large, complex, multi-year transformation deals
Strong Life Sciences domain credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders
Experience translating business strategy into compelling solution visions and architectures
Deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI application in domain scope
Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and senior executive level
Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance expectations
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and shape solutions where no blueprint exists
