The challenge The data is there. The ambition is there. Now comes the hard part: turning data and AI into something the entire organisation can actually use.
You’ll be joining at a point where the foundations are being built. Different business units have different levels of data maturity, while AI is rapidly changing what is possible.
Your challenge is to bring these worlds together: create one clear direction without taking away the entrepreneurial freedom of individual businesses.
How do you move from isolated data initiatives and AI experiments to a scalable way of working? How do you make reliable insights available to people who aren’t data specialists? And how do you make sure AI creates real business value rather than becoming technology for technology’s sake?
