What will you do?
You are the first point of contact for our customers' technical support questions
-by phone and by email. that makes you our calling card whether the question is about hardware, software, apps, or tools: you listen carefully and quickly get to the heart of the matter. where possible, you resolve issues or requests right away. if that's not possible, you create clear reports for the customer and your colleagues and make sure the follow-up is handled properly.
besides support, you help prepare projects with system pre-installations and software configuration. you'll also occasionally join our installers on-site for extra support. and you tell us what you're interested in and what else you'd like to do.
- your technical knowledge makes you a real hero in electrical/security technology

- you know exactly how to handle customers: active listening, summarizing, and asking follow-up questions to get to the core come naturally to you.
- you're social and a strong communicator, so you can clearly inform customers and colleagues about issues, solutions, and the use/maintenance of our systems.
- your customer friendliness and service mindset make customers love working with you.
- you work accurately and methodically and you always think in solutions.
- you're a team player who works closely with our technical service team and our office team. a dash of humor on the work floor is essential for you.
