Program Manager Data Management BCBS 239 About the role
As Program Manager Data Management BCBS 239, you will lead the execution of the data management roadmap within the COO domain. You will coordinate initiatives related to BCBS 239, ESG, AI-ready data, and operational efficiency. By aligning stakeholders across domains and providing transparency on risks and dependencies, you will help turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do- Coordinate milestones, risks, and dependencies across bank-wide data management initiatives to support consistent delivery in line with regulatory expectations.
- Provide senior leadership with structured insights, progress reporting, and decision-making materials on strategic data management topics.
- Maintain cross-domain alignment, remove impediments, and translate the data management strategy into measurable results.
- Identify obstacles early and coordinate solutions with COO, Data & Analytics, and other stakeholders.
- Translate complex ambitions related to BCBS 239, ESG, and AI-ready data into concrete progress and decisions.
- A completed master’s degree.
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior program manager or roadmap manager at executive level.
- At least 10 years of experience in data management within the financial services industry.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments using program management tools and reporting software.
- Strong consultancy, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Resilience, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively in politically sensitive, high-profile environments.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Hours:
36 hours per week. - Duration:
One year, with the possibility of extension. - Location:
Croeselaan 18, Utrecht. At least two days per week in the office;
Wednesday is mandatory.
