Head of Private Label Sourcing

As Kramp accelerates its Private Label ambitions, we built a dedicated Private Label Sourcing organization to deliver smarter, faster, and scalable sourcing solutions across all product categories. As Head of Private Label Sourcing
, you will further lead this transformation by building a high‑performing international sourcing organization, strengthening our global supplier network, and ensuring excellent execution of Private Label projects.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a relatively new organization within one of Kramp's fastest‑growing strategic priorities. While the Private Label strategy is defined, you will establish the sourcing organization, lead change, and create new ways of working.

Reporting to the Director Category Development, you will lead an international team of Private Label Project Managers and sourcing teams in China, India, and Turkey. Your focus is on translating Private Label strategy into successful sourcing execution through strong supplier partnerships, stakeholder alignment, and project delivery.

You will work closely with the Heads of Categories (based in the Netherlands) and Category Management teams, acting as a trusted business partner who enables commercial growth through effective sourcing. Strong stakeholder management and change leadership are essential, as you bring people together in a rapidly evolving organization.

As Kramp aims to double Private Label revenue within five years, you will expand our global sourcing capabilities, strengthen partnerships with manufacturers, particularly across Asia, and build a resilient, efficient supplier network.

• Develop and inspire an international sourcing team across Europe, China, India, and Turkey.
• Develop leadership capability and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sourcing execution of Private Label projects.
• Optimize the global supplier portfolio and negotiate strategic supplier partnerships.
• Drive quality, cost, innovation, and supply reliability.
• Act as the key link between category strategy and sourcing execution.
• Build a new sourcing organization and successfully lead change across the business.
• Implement best‑in‑class sourcing processes, governance, supplier evaluation, and risk management while continuously improving performance.

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in global sourcing, ideally within Private Label.
• Proven experience leading international teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong background in international sourcing, particularly in Asia, with extensive travel experience.
• Experience in technical procurement is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
• Retail and wholesale experience is highly preferred.
• You are available to work from the HQ (Varsseveld) at least 2 days a week.
• Willing to travel internationally on a regular (bi‑monthly) basis, including frequent visits to suppliers and sourcing offices in China, India, and Turkey.
