As a Team Leader Production
, you will work closely with your team on the warehouse floor and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You will lead a team of approximately 15–20 logistics employees and support them in achieving operational targets.

During each shift, you will coordinate and monitor the parcel sorting and processing activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. Together with other team leaders and operational colleagues, you will contribute to a well‑organized and productive logistics process.

In this role, you will regularly interact with parcel drivers, linehaul drivers, transport coordinators, and staffing agencies. You will report directly to the Production Manager and participate in operational and team leader meetings.

The position requires flexibility regarding working hours. You will work in a three‑shift system (morning, evening, and night shifts). Night shifts are an essential part of the operation, with approximately 4 out of every 5 weeks worked during the night shift rotation
. Please note that the role involves a certain degree of physical activity.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and supervise a team of logistics employees during your shift.
  • Actively support operations when needed and ensure work is carried out correctly and efficiently.
  • Motivate, coach, and guide employees in their professional development.
  • Manage personnel administration, including attendance records, leave requests, and sickness reporting.
  • Train and instruct new employees on company procedures, operational guidelines, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Monitor and achieve agreed KPIs related to parcel processing performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety on the warehouse floor.
  • Conduct regular inspections of tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Maintain daily contact with staffing agencies regarding workforce planning and temporary staff quality.
