DSG zoekt een Business Unit Manager Fulfilment die de supply chain van Stiho en Baars & Bloemhoff leidt met eigen P&L en twee DC’s in Utrecht en Zaandam. Je stuurt een managementteam aan en beheert 160 medewerkers in de distributiecentra, met focus op leverbetrouwbaarheid en kostenbeheersing.
Je implementeert automatisering, digitalisering en AI om betrouwbaarheid te vergroten en leveringen te verduurzamen, terwijl je Lean-methoden toepast voor continue verbetering en kostenreductie.
