Hogeschool Utrecht zoekt een technisch manager Vastgoed & Facilities die verantwoordelijk is voor ontwikkeling, beheer en optimalisatie van onze technische dienstverlening en installaties. Je zorgt voor veilige, betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige voorzieningen op onze locaties en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, leveranciers en collega's.
Je houdt toezicht op storingsonderhoud, MJOP, onderhoudsbegrotingen en vertaalt technologische ontwikkelingen naar concrete verbeteringen.
