Hogeschool Utrecht zoekt een technisch manager Vastgoed & Facilities om de technische dienstverlening, systemen en bijbehorende processen te ontwikkelen en te beheren. U zorgt voor een veilige en toekomstbestendige technische omgeving van de HU-locaties en leiding over onderhoudsprojecten.
De rol vereist een technische master of bachelor, minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring, en vaardigheid in het managen van juist onderhoudsplannen, financiën en samenwerking met leveranciers en projectleiders.
