Your ability to interact effectively with teams, manage career development coaching, and build strong relationships will be key to your success. You will also play a crucial role in recruiting and onboarding new team members, as well as managing and coaching existing staff.

• Coaching and Development: Provide career development coaching to enhance team membersu

• Continuous Improvement: Promote an environment focused on ongoing enhancement and innovation.
• Motivation and Inspiration: Foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
• People Management: Manage and coach team members with a focus on individual growth and team cohesion.
• Delivery: Oversee and ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of a project, securing scope, budget, and quality requirements. By optimizing the sprints, removing impediments, ensuring transparency, together with the scrum master.

At Sofico, we are looking for a Team Manager who brings a combination of strong leadership abilities and (technical) expertise, moreover knowing and understanding the complete lifecycle of delivering and implementing software solutions. If you have a passion for guiding teams and a background in software, you may be the perfect fit for this role.

• Proven Team Leadership: You have previous experience as a Team Leader with a strong track record of successfully managing and developing teams, preferably in ERP or similar complex implementations

• Education level: at least HBO
• Proficient in the Dutch Language (C1) and English
