* Lead the planning and implementation of program and projects to ensure adherence to the Banking Committee on Banking Supervision’s standard number 239 (BCBS
239).
* Facilitate the coordination of efforts across multiple IT and business change teams to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
* Manage risks and resolve issues that affect program scope, quality, and schedule.
* Monitor progress, performance, and quality metrics to ensure compliance with both internal standards and external regulations.
* Communicate consistently with stakeholders about project status, milestones, and deliverables.
* Engage and negotiate with suppliers and external partners, where required, to meet program goals.## Key Skills Required
* Proven experience as a Programme Manager in Information Technology Change and Business Change within the financial sector.
* In-depth knowledge and application experience of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) standards, particularly BCBS
239.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Superior stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving needs.
