Driven by ViCentra's desire to be meaningfully different, Kaleido aims to reduce the impact that diabetes can have on daily life. Utilizing Bluetooth wireless technology, Kaleido infuses colour and choice into the market, networking its hybrid patch pumps and handsets into a broader family of easy-to-use products and data services to create a customer-focused, integrated diabetes support service.

The position

You will be responsible for the assembly of medical devices. The diverse responsibilities for this role include:

Assembling very small parts in a clean room environment in accordance with Work Instructions and SOP’s to produce final products.

Operating the line by loading and setting machines, monitoring reject levels and reporting or responding to machine stoppages.

Registering production numbers and failures.

Carrying out routine in-process quality checks.

Completing lot records or other pertinent records as requested by the Production Supervisor/ Production & Logistics Manager and reporting production data in an accurate and timely manner.

Carrying out all cleaning activities and equipment maintenance specified in SOP’s and Work Instructions whilst meeting production schedules.

Ensuring compliance with Company quality procedures at all times.

Being proactive in reporting any issues and contributing to ongoing improvement.

The ideal candidate to join our team should have:

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability and dexterity to handle and assemble very small parts in a fast-paced, repetitive manner.

Be comfortable following instructions in English. Dutch language is not required.

Able to follow processes and procedures.

An excellent work ethic.

Willingness to work in shift patterns.

It’s a bonus if you also have:

Experience in manufacturing environment or a production role.

Previous experience working with ISO quality systems, particularly ISO 13485, or GMP.

A very competitive salary + an additional 8% holiday pay (paid annually).

Currently we are working is extended shifts from 07:00 to 19:00. Within a short period, we will move to working in 2 shifts rotating every 2 weeks. Early shift from 07:00 - 15:00 - late shift 15:00 - 23:00.
