Part-time Marketing & Communications Assistant​/werkstudent

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Communications Assistant and or “werkstudent” to join our Utrecht office on a part-time basis. You will provide essential support to the marketing team by managing information flow, maintaining our digital platforms, and ensuring our industry submissions are accurate and submitted on time.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable coordinating with colleagues across our 11 global offices to gather necessary data.

• Information coordination:
  Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data and project details for award submissions and league tables
• Website management:
  Perform regular updates to the website using Word Press to ensure content remains current
• Data & analytics:
  Gather and organise data from GA4 and Linked In Analytics to track the performance of marketing initiatives
• Content support:
  Assist in sourcing and drafting content for Linked In, event invitations, award submissions, and league table rankings
• CRM maintenance:
  Use our CRM system (Deltek) to maintain accurate mailing lists and contact data

• Either a student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or
• An aspiring communications professional looking for part-time work
• System literate:
  You are comfortable navigating Word Press, GA4, and Linked In Analytics (or you are a fast learner who can pick up new software quickly)
• Direct communicator:
  You have the confidence to follow up with busy team members to get the information you need
• Detail-oriented:
  You have a keen eye for details, ensuring the data is right and ensuring submissions are polished
• Fluent in professional English (writing and speaking)
• Reliable:
  You can take a task and run with it, freeing up the team to focus on broader strategy

• You will be directly working with the Head of Marketing & Communications and can see how marketing operates in a global financial advisory firm

This position is to be filled on a minimum6-month contract on a part-time basis (16-24 hours/week), starting as soon as practicable.
