As Marketing Intern, you will support the Director of Marketing Communications in portfolio focused campaigns and strategic projects. You will gain hands‑on experience in market research, campaign development, brand positioning, and commercial activities, directly contributing to the growth of our hotels and corporate brand.

YOURKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
- Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Assisting in developing marketing plans and analyzing market trends
- Identifying potential weaknesses and suggesting improvements
- Supporting managers during negotiations when needed
- By being a warm, helpful communicator and guest‑oriented thinker
- By putting things into perspective and supporting business goals
- By thinking outside the box to create unique marketing initiatives
- With strong organizational skills and a love for structure
- By being proactive, hands‑on, and a true team player
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Strong interest in communications, journalism, or storytelling
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail‑oriented and quality‑driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Passion for marketing trends and communications and best practices
- Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
- Internship allowance of €500 per month
- Travel allowance of €80 per month
