iqbi automates the collection of utility data — such as electricity, gas, water, heat and solar — for real estate portfolios across Europe. We help investors, developers and property managers meet their ESG and CSRD obligations. With offices in Utrecht and Berlin.

You are curious, analytical and write clearly. You think in messages and understand what drives customers. You feel at home in an environment where your contribution truly matters.

• Bachelor's or Master's level education and way of thinking, preferably in marketing, communication or business administration.
• Strong writer in Dutch and English, clear even for non-specialists.
• Affinity with data, technology or sustainability, and curious enough to dive deeper into it.
• Independent and proactive, even when the framework isn't fully defined yet.
• Experience in B2B or the real estate or energy sector? That's a great bonus!

• Develop positioning and messaging for target audiences such as property managers, asset managers and ESG officers.
• Create sales materials that genuinely support the sales conversation: presentations, one-pagers and case studies.
• Track the market and competitors, gather customer insights and translate them into buyer personas.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and contribute to content strategy for European target markets.

• An entry-level role with direct impact on how iqbi is positioned in the market, with plenty of room for your own initiative.

• Salary €2,800 to €3,800 depending on education and experience.
