CLEVER°FRANKE is an enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of 40+ people with 15 different nationalities from across the world and we use English as a primary language to communicate and collaborate. We are interaction designers, visual designers, developers, project managers, data analysts and others. All with a passion for what we do. We are curious about the world around us and apply the same curiosity to our work and projects.

We have been growing and we are looking for a PR & Communications Executive who can help maintain our public visibility and support our communications.

Whether it’s a media pitch, an award entry, a social post, or a website case study, you know how to adapt the message for the audience and channel without losing what makes it compelling. You will be a natural coordinator who enjoys connecting the dots between internal teams and external PR and communications partners. You are confident taking ownership, working independently when needed, and collaborating closely when the best ideas come from working together.

You thrive when there’s a lot happening at once, keeping projects moving while making sure every detail lands well and on time. You have a talent for finding the story behind the work and turning it into content people want to read, share, and remember.

In this role, you will be the bridge between Marketing and our Commercial efforts. You are solution-focused, able to see the bigger picture while zooming into the details when needed. You are also comfortable with not knowing everything up-front, asking the right questions to avoid assumptions. You are able to connect and build bridges between different disciplines and stakeholders where needed.

For this role as a PR & Communications Executive, we would be specially excited if:

• You bring 4+ years of relevant experience in PR, communications, marketing, or a related field, with prior agency, marketing and client‑facing experience strongly preferred.

• You are comfortable managing social media for companies and senior management, ideally within a B2B environment.

• You are a creative storyteller who can turn complex ideas into content that grabs attention and resonates across audiences and channels.

• You have excellent English communication skills. Dutch is a plus.

• You know how to work with AI tools to create effective content and support marketing activities.

• You have an affinity with the design industry and a solid understanding of B2B business.

• You have experience with Hub Spot, CMS, or other similar platforms.

• You are familiar with Figma and light video editing tools, or are keen to learn how to use them.

• You are highly organised, manage your time effectively, and can deliver strong work under pressure.

• You enjoy creating compelling content and adapting it for different audiences and channels.

• You are resourceful and open to learn new skills.
