Sound People BV zoekt een ervaren PMO Customer Journey-ondersteuner die de commerciële organisatie helpt bij de coördinatie van klantgerichte activiteiten rondom de aanleg en het gebruik van glasvezelnetwerken. Je bewaakt planningen, stemt af tussen stakeholders en zorgt voor een naadloze aansluiting tussen campagnes, content en klantcommunicatie.
Je rapporteert aan de CCO en werkt dagelijks samen met communicatiemanager, manager marktbewerking, Marketing, Operations, IT en externe partners.
