Internship: Social Media

Starting in September 2026, we’re looking for a
social media intern
to join our team—an enthusiastic creative who’s always up to date on the latest online trends, bursting with ideas, and keen to leverage those ideas for a better world.

Content Creation & Planning
:
You’ll come up with and produce creative social media posts (text, images, videos) for our own channels (Linked In, Instagram, You Tube) and possibly for client projects.

Storytelling & Behavioral Insights
:
You’ll translate our projects—and external stories—into engaging Stories, Reels, posts, and mini-campaigns that truly move people.

Analysis & Optimization
:
You’ll monitor engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics, and actively contribute ideas on how to increase our impact.

Community Management
:
You’ll interact with our audiences on social media and help build a warm and engaged online community.

Campaigns
:
Together with the team, you’ll think along from your social media expertise about our projects—always with the question in mind: how do we achieve real behavior change?

A student enrolled in a relevant program (MBO/HBO/WO), such as Marketing, Communications, Creative Business, Media, or Psychology with a focus on social media.

Social-minded & creative
:
You’re active on Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and enjoy creating inspiring content.

Strong communication skills
:
You write fluently and accurately in English (and Dutch with help).

Proactive & eager to learn
:
You’re not afraid to take initiative and are open to learning something new every day.

Basic knowledge of design/video editing
(Canva, Photoshop, Premiere) is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
