Creative Brand Manager

As a creative brand manager, you'll own ViCentra's creative output end to end, translating brand and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts across campaigns, content, video, social media and product collateral. You'll bring the Kaleido brand to life across every touchpoint, ensuring every piece of creative work feels consistent, intentional and true to who we are. This role is crucial as it protects brand consistency across a growing volume of campaigns, markets and partners, working closely with Marketing and Product Development to turn ambition into creative work that people actually notice.

• Champion and evolve the ViCentra and Kaleido brand identity across print, digital, packaging and video, and own the brand and creative style guide as it evolves
• Lead creative concepting and direction for commercial and marketing campaigns, turning business objectives into compelling creative ideas
• Partner with Marketing Managers and the wider team to shape creative strategy for product launches and campaigns
• Generate, edit and publish original content across owned channels, and oversee design and content on social media, including scheduling and community engagement
• Own end to end video and motion content production, from concept through final edit, for campaigns, social and internal use
• Lead creative development for product packaging, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements, in partnership with Product Development on new launches
• Brief, manage and review work from external creative agencies and freelancers, and manage creative budgets and timelines for outsourced work
• Research market, competitor and category trends to keep ViCentra's creative direction sharp and relevant
• Hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Proven track record of strong conceptual ideas, creative flair, and typographic skills
• Experience creating and managing content across text, image, and video, with working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and online marketing channels
• Confidence briefing and managing external creative agencies or freelancers, and comfort using AI tools in your creative development process
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while collaborating closely across marketing, product, and commercial teams
• Experience with video editing and motion tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a strong plus
