As a (junior) marketing & communications specialist, you will be the voice and face of Bluepeak, both externally and internally. You will ensure that Bluepeak is visible, recognizable, and inspiring in the market, and that employees are proud of where they work. You will actively contribute to the growth of our organization by translating Bluepeak's identity and proposition into engaging content, campaigns, and communications for customers, partners, investors, and employees.

• Managing and developing Bluepeak's website: content, structure, and design
• Managing Bluepeak's Linked In page: content planning, publications, engagement, and reach growth
• Activating employees as Bluepeak ambassadors on social media
• Ensuring a consistent and distinctive brand identity in all external communication
• Contributing to SEO and online visibility of Bluepeak
• Translating what Bluepeak does into inspiring stories: customer cases, thought leadership, and news reports
• Producing and managing professional visual content: photography, video, infographics, and visual expressions
• Organizing and coordinating partner events, customer meetings, and trade shows, from concept to execution
