Interakt Contour in Utrecht zoekt een verpleegkundige Klinische Geriatrie. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor verpleegkundige zorg van kwetsbare ouderen met complexe zorgvragen. Je biedt persoonlijke aandacht en begeleidt zowel patiënten als hun familie.
De functie biedt een uitdagende werkomgeving met mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling, waaronder deelname aan het Geriatrisch consultteam. Ervaring in het ziekenhuis is een pré, en je werkt in een collegiaal team dat elkaar ondersteunt.
