Je werkt aan diverse complexe zorgvragen, met ruimte voor ontwikkeling, bijvoorbeeld via het geriatrisch consultteam of de opleiding Klinische Geriatrie. Je draagt bij aan kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg en hebt oog voor familiebetrokkenheid.
