Lemongrass Thai Take Away in Utrecht is looking for an experienced and passionate Independent Chef to join our kitchen team. We are seeking someone with extensive knowledge of Thai cuisine, who is capable of preparing both traditional and modern dishes that will surprise and satisfy our guests. Our restaurant is conveniently located in the centre of Utrecht!

• Preparing and Cooking Thai Dishes
  :
  With attention to detail and a love for the craft, you will prepare authentic Thai dishes, ensuring a perfect balance of flavors and presentation.
• Inventory Management and Purchasing
  :
  You will efficiently manage the kitchen inventory, ensuring that all necessary high-quality ingredients are available and ordering fresh products on time.
• Maintaining Hygiene and Safety Standards
  :
  You will ensure a clean and safe working environment by strictly adhering to hygiene guidelines and safety regulations.
• Menu Development
  :
  You will contribute ideas for new menu items and keep up with the latest trends in Thai cuisine, refreshing our menu continually.

• Extensive Experience
  :
  Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen work focused on Thai dishes, fully familiar with Thai flavors and cooking methods.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of Thai Ingredients and Techniques
  :
  Deep understanding of Thai herbs, spices, and cooking techniques, applied skillfully in dishes.
• Good Communication and Teamwork
  : A team player who communicates well with colleagues and contributes to a positive atmosphere.
• Flexible Availability
  :
  Willingness to work evenings and weekends, flexible to meet restaurant's needs.
