Position: Assistant Store Manager 35h

As a Floor Manager at Weekday/Monki, you are a role model for our brand by living our values.
Your assignment is to lead, inspire and develop the store/department team to optimize selling, provide excellent customer service and ensure a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily selling follow ups and initiate actions accordingly to maximize selling.
Take responsibility for planning your and your department’s workday.
Work efficiently and set the right priorities.
Apply, drive and manage administrative and security procedures.
Participate and contribute to recruitment, training, and development of employees.

What You Need to Succeed:
Preferable leadership experience.
Salesmanship.
Natural drive to seek opportunities to drive selling in a profitable way.
Structured and organized mindset.
Ownership, drive, and initiative.
Fluent/skilled in English, both written and spoken.
