As a Retail Media Consultant – Asia, you will be the driving force behind increasing advertising investments from Asian brands. You will help brands unlock the full commercial potential of the retail media platform while ensuring customers enjoy an inspiring and relevant shopping experience. In this interim role, your focus will be on building long‑term partnerships with Asian advertisers, where your cultural affinity and strategic mindset are key to success.

You will work closely with colleagues across e-commerce and retail media to identify growth opportunities and create measurable impact.

What you'll do as a Retail Media Consultant – Asia:

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Asian advertisers, founded on trust and long‑term collaboration.

Use data‑driven insights to influence clients and translate complex challenges into effective commercial solutions.

Successfully launch and scale brands, driving both revenue growth and increased advertising investment.

Identify new business opportunities, take ownership, and ensure the platform remains top of mind for international advertising budgets.

For this unique opportunity, we are looking for someone with:

Fluency in Mandarin, alongside strong English and/or Dutch language skills.

At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, retail media, or media sales, either on the publisher, brand, or agency side.

A strong commercial mindset combined with strategic thinking.

A proactive attitude, a sense of ownership, and the ability to identify and act on opportunities.

Affinity with intercultural communication and the ability to effectively navigate cultural differences.

Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
