About the Role
Are you a strategic commercial leader with a passion for driving revenue performance at scale? We are seeking a  Senior Revenue Manager  to oversee a multi‑property portfolio across different regions. In this senior role, you will shape revenue strategy, lead complex analytical initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to hotel leadership teams. You will elevate revenue performance, optimize distribution, and ensure long‑term commercial success across the region.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead the development and execution of advanced revenue and distribution strategies.

Oversee revenue performance across multiple hotels, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.

Drive strategic pricing, segmentation, and inventory optimization initiatives.

Guide hotel teams in the execution of revenue management best practices.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning processes.

Provide high‑level insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making.

Contribute to the organization’s growth with significant influence and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop, implement, and refine revenue strategies to maximize total revenue and profitability across the portfolio.

Act as a senior advisor to hotel leadership teams on commercial strategy and market positioning.

Market & Performance Analysis

Monitor and interpret market trends, competitor behavior, and demand patterns to inform decisions.

Lead complex data analysis to identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risks.

Oversee the creation of detailed performance reports and dashboards.

Forecasting & Budgeting

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, long‑term forecasts, and monthly outlooks.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in forecasting models and methodologies.

Pricing & Inventory Optimization

Oversee daily and long‑term rate and inventory strategies across all distribution channels.

Ensure optimal channel mix, pricing integrity, and content accuracy.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial strategies.

Support the development of promotional strategies and distribution initiatives.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and intermediaries.

Systems & Process Excellence

Ensure optimal use of revenue management systems, tools, and reporting platforms.

Drive continuous improvement in revenue management processes and standards.

What You’ll Bring

Extensive experience in hotel revenue management, ideally with  multi‑property or regional responsibility .

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced revenue management education is a strong advantage.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Deep understanding of revenue management principles, distribution landscape, and market dynamics.

High proficiency with revenue management systems, BI tools, and analytical platforms.

Ability to work independently, manage complex priorities, and lead initiatives across multiple properties.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
