Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring hebt in retail of klantenservice.

Resultaatgericht bent, altijd op zoek naar je volgende overwinning en gesprekken op natuurlijke wijze omzet in aankopen.
Sterke sociale vaardigheden hebt en je makkelijk aanpast aan verschillende persoonlijkheden - je weet hoe je je team inspireert, samenwerkt met je Shopmanager, en contact maakt met klanten (of ze nu spraakzaam zijn of wat meer gereserveerd).
