My Jewellery zoekt een Store Manager voor onze nieuwe boutique in Hoog Catharijne in Utrecht. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het team, vertaalt commerciële doelen naar de winkelvloer en zorgt voor een uitzonderlijke klantbeleving.
Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor winkelresultaten, bewaakt KPI’s en personeelplanning, coacht collega’s en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor het Hoofdkantoor. Je woont nabij Utrecht en bent flexibel inzetbaar.
