Senior Account Manager Endoscopy – Netherlands

Salary range: €95.000, - to €110.000, - including commission (25%)

new role

As Account Manager Endoscopy, you will take ownership of a defined region (in this case either the South or the North of the Netherlands) including our fantastic customer base. You are the one building long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinicians, and procurement. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, supporting tender and contract processes, and positioning Boston Scientific as the partner of choice in endoscopy.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, clinical, and other divisions to deliver strong results for your customers and the business.

Your role will include:

  • Full responsibility for managing and developing a regional customer portfolio
  • Leading sales processes from tendering to closing agreements
  • Driving the adoption of innovative technologies in collaboration with clinicians
  • Identifying strategic growth opportunities and implementing account plans
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for hospital stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Mentoring and coaching others in the team
What you bring

We are looking for an experienced account manager with a proven track record in Med Tech or a closely related healthcare field. You bring strong commercial and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to build trust and navigate complex hospital environments. Ideally, you already have experience in endoscopy or similar therapeutic areas, and you are ready to take the next step in your career.

Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field
  • A couple of years of experience with a proven track record in sales, contract negotiations and hospital tender processes
  • Proven affinity with healthcare or Med Tech, ideally in endoscopy or related areas
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your region
What’s in it for you

Every company will tell you they offer you a good salary. Of course, we do that too. For a person early in your account management/sales career the salary is likely going to be between €75.000, - and €95.000, - including 25% commission. For a more experienced person, this can go up to €105.000, - to €110.000, - depending on how much expertise you would bring.

This includes holiday allowance and the 13th month.

Of course, you get a phone, laptop and company car with fuel card you can use across Europe.
