As a Junior Sales Executive at Code Lift, you'll get hands-on experience in B2B tech sales. You'll learn the full sales cycle while working directly with prospects and our experienced team.

• Prospect Research: Identify potential clients using our tools and build targeted outreach lists.
• Lead Follow-up: Respond to inbound inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• Campaign Support: Help craft outreach messages and track campaign performance.
• Client Contact: Make initial contact with prospects via email, Linked In, and phone.
• CRM Management: Keep our pipeline organized and update deal progress in real-time.

We're looking for an energetic, curious go-getter who isn't afraid to pick up the phone. No sales experience required—just the right attitude and hunger to learn.

• Currently studying or recently graduated (HBO/WO level).
• Eager to learn and not afraid of rejection.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
  German is a big plus.
• Interest in technology and web development (no technical background needed).
• Available 16-24 hours per week, based in or near Utrecht.
• Comfortable using digital tools (we'll teach you our CRM).
